Please take photos and videos to record the damage status of the outer package first, then check the internal goods. If the goods are damaged, you can initiate after-sales feedback immediately.

Sort out the order list and check the goods one by one. After confirming the missing items, submit relevant proof to apply for supplementary delivery or refund.
